I work for a cable company on the modem side of it and we thought it would be cool if we could increase our bandwidth so we poped 3 nics in a computer and started to try to figure it out unfortunatly no success i cannot get the computer to use both nics to load balance if anyone knows a solution please help.

Are you hosting IP services (http, ftp, ...) on that server ? If so, you can do round-robin DNS for the 2 NIC's to spread the load on both of the interfaces... Peter Van Eeckhoutte

we are looking to increase our in office bandwidth, we would be crating a router with it for the most part, basicly incoming requests from our lan to the server that need to go out to the net need to be load balanced

Are you working within the network subnet when you configure the NIC or are you setting up other subnets for those NICs? ...............................
Thanks, Gary
