make the value of 1 field result from input on 2 others

I'm trying to have in my form that is based off a table be able to populate 3 other fields based on the input of 2 other fields. example is that if i enter an address number in 1 field then the street name in the second field it will then give the cross streets in the other 2 fields and enter what area it belongs to in another field such as that address belongs to section c. i do have a separate table that contains the address. the sections also depend on odd or even numbered addresses. tia oneunder

ok there are two tables. 1 table has address' with several fields consisting of street number,street name,cross street 1 cross street 2,and 1 field has wether it is an odd number or even number and a field called sector whitch corresponds to the address' the second table has address number,street cross street 1,cross street 2, as well as sector. I haVE a 65kb file that i removed everything from except the nessassary table and form if someone is willing to look I would appreciate it. thanks
