Make the login promp on virtural web server 2

How can you make it propmt for a username everytime when you access your email on the network from the "

http://servername/exchange"

Right now it uses the logon that the pc is logon onto but we would like it to promt just incase there is a user that wants to check his email on someone else's computer.

Is there a why to make is ask every time?

Use the FQDN instead of the netbios name and you'll get prompted.

You can always switch to form based authentication, this will solve your problem.

Uservers in our remote offices can click on this link to view there email. Would that work since this is how we are doing it? We are not totally setup with the OWA yet but management wants this to work in the mean time but they would like it if we would make them type in logon credentials.

Turn off integrated authentication for the Exchange, Exchange/Bin, & Public virtual folders in IIS Admin. Then, from a command prompt, run iisreset.
