Make Table Query - can I include the description

When I create a table via the MakeTable Query functionality, can I also populate the description of the table (as seen in the tables Tab)

Sorry I've not found a way from a MakeTable query. Only way I can think of is VBA code to get at the TableDef's Description property.

Can anyone provide an example on how to index columns chosen for a make table query within the query? Thanks.
