Will a make table query run in Access runtime mode?

I keep getting undocumented error when I try and assume this might be why.

Thanks

Hi,
Is it possible that the table already exists, but has a different format? And, if you are running this query from a form, have you tried debugging it to see if you get a better error message?
I have a link to a Microsoft site that has a free downloadable utility that will provide more information on error messages. As soon as I can find it, I will pass it on to you. HTH,

I have a link to a Microsoft site that has a free downloadable utility that will provide more information on error messages. I believe the file is called extalert.exe, adn will give you the link as soon as I can find it. HTH,

Hi,
Sorry about the double posting. Anyway, here is the link to the Microsoft Office web site that has a nice little utility that will provide more information about undocumented error messages. In fact, it will add a command button to your form, which will let you connect directly to a Microsoft support site that should contain more info about that particular error.

Thanks for your assitance Randy. I circumvented the problem by using a delete query and an append query to replace the make table query.
