Make Set Busy in CK1K hunt group

Hello,
In a Nortel CS1K scenario, I have a hunt group with 4 extensions in the hunt. If the person at the 2nd extension in the hunt group is out of the office, how can I make the hunt group roll past her etension? I thought that if I activated Make Set Busy, that would work but it doesn't. Any suggestions?
