Make primary server to secondary server.

I am running version 10.1 and I am having issues in the console. Does anyone know how to make the primary server a secondary server? I'm trying to move it to a different group. The group that it is in now says it is disabled, and therefore I am not getting updates. If anyone knows how to enable the server group, that would help.

can you login to the server? it might need some maintenance, or a reinstall.
