Make Primary Domain 2

I am installing Windows Server 2003 for the first time on a computer and I want it to be the Primary Domain. This is the only computer on the network. Client computer will connect to the Windows Server 2003 later. I have read only about joining to an existing Domain. Can anyone help me in this matter.
