Hi!
This one is good and clear

The large picture is not good and it shoul be like the picture in the above adress.

click on the second picture from the top row
see how nice the big picture is.

I remember coming across a tutorial explaining how to reduce the size of a picture without loosing the quality.
I would appreciate your help
Thanks

It looks like the large picture has been stretched within the browser.
Remove the image width and height values from the html and the picture will appear as it should.

Hi audiopro !
How are you
Thanks for your advice.
I tried what you said .
The pictures will appear in it origanaly size.
Which is too big for that.
The original size of the picture is 456 pixels x 480 pixels.
I want it to be 279 pixels x 187 pixels.
When i reduce this in the dreamweaver the ring looses its shape.
The same happens when I reduce the size in the photoshop.
Thank You.

You are trying to force the picture into a different shape. The length of the sides should retain the same ratio.

Your starting point is 456 x 480, this is higher than it is wide.

You are attempting to change it to 279 x 187 - this is wider than it is high so the picture becomes distorted.

For a widthe of 279 your height should be 294, alternatively for the height of 187 the widthe will be 178.

In Photoshop to adjust the image size go to the image menu and select image size.

Your alternative is to crop the picture.

Hi telephoto!
Thanks for your help.
What you said makes a lot of sense and it works.
