make DN ring indefinitely or back to attendant

I have some 3904 sets that have additional DN's on key 3 and 4. (in this case 2111 and 4111) How do I make them ring indefinitely vs going to call pilot? (still want to marp to 4111 if 2111 is in use tho)

OR.. how would I make them ring back to the attendant? 2xxx are DIDs, 4xxx is not.

You can change the CLS to FND and HTD or leave the CLS alone and remove the FDN target and set HUNT to 000.

This will affect 2113/4113 as well because 2113 is the prime.

Or make 2111/4111 a prime somewhere else with the above suggestion.

That kinda/sorta makes sense to me.

All 9 of the sets with 2111/4111 need to keep VM on their primary DN.

Problem might be CDB RDR_Data settings

Look for MDID if yes change to NO

MDID: no


While at it change NDID and MWFB to no also

Other thing to check is if MARP is active

If no, might be one of other phone TNs causing problem
