make co lines ring on all phones, on demand

on an electra elite ipk, is there a way to make the co lines ring on all phones, as needed? all but one phone is set to no ring. but, if no one is at that desk, is there a way to make everything ring?

You would need to set another mode (E.g. Night) to have all stations ring with MB 4-02. To have all stations ring place the system into night mode. Of course if you are already using night mode to go to VM then the only other option woiuld be to try overhead ringing through the paging with a physical switch but that gets real messy fast.

If you have the trunks/lines appear on the line keys of the phones, then use MB 4-01 for day mode ring assignment. You will need to know the telephone port number to do the programming. Press Feature/FNC + 4 to read the display. It will show you the tel port and extension number. MB 4-01 is programmed by tel port (in far left of display) and by CO line number (each line key lit = ring, not lit = no ring).
