We recently replaced COT's with two voice T-1's (non PRI). Since that time our call accounting system (Veramark) isn't collecting the outgoing phone calls. I found the route and the CDR says NO. How exactly do I go about making the change in the load to say YES by the CDR item? Nortel Meridan 61C, 25.4.
