This may not be possible, I've been trying. Access 2010 in 2007 mode. OS XP SP3. I have a form with a tab control with 5 tabs, all the tabs are continuous forms with text and combo boxes in the detail section. What I am trying to do is make 1 of 3 fields visible on one subform based on the value in a combo box. All records populate either based on the value in the first record or the current record and affect all the rows displayed.
Does anyone know if/how this can be done or recommend something? Listbox maybe? What I would like to do is stack all 3 fields and only have the correct field visible based on the combo box selection in each row. Cuurently the selected record formats all the rows. Thanks for any help in advance.
