What is the RLS of the Call Pilot?
Have you tried different ports on the MICS?
Does anyone notice anything happening to the phones like a reboot or something?

tryed diffrent ports on system and nothing is going on with the phones what so ever. the rel. is newest upto date. checked that already

So this is the second Call Pilot?
When you replaced the CP did you replace software and cab or did you use the old software on the new cab? The reason I ask is and maybe someone here can shed some light, but I wonder if there is anyway the old software can load and corrupt something on a new cab. If you did use the old software and now are trying the new software did you do a re-install and try that?

yes we did do the new cab and s/w did a reinstall and did replace cross connnect. still doin it got a call just now went back down

Is the CallPilot located within close proximity to a transformer or power panel or something that has an electro-magnetic field?

We had an Option 11 installed near a transformer one time that worked great for about 5 years. All the sudden it started sysloading once or twice a day. We swapped EVERYTHING and nothing made a difference. We moved it to their computer room and it hasn't hickuped since.

Just seeing if possibly something environmental is causing your problem.

War Eagle!!

there is a apc 200xl below it thats all. power room is on oppiset side of building

Corrupt MICS sw? When the cp drops, have you checked the port status under MAINT?

the s/w is 3.1 i havent checked the port statuse illl do thant next time it craps out. thanks
