I'm looking for a Avaya Maintenance sheet for Definity 8720... I need the suggested preventative maintenance requirements.

mostly it would be:

CM patches for the release they have

Fimrware updates for MM & TN circuit packs

Cleaning air filters on older switches, blowing dust out on newer servers

Updating a MAJOR release to a newer MAJOR release, for example if the client has CM 5.0, or CM 5.1, it could be updated to CM 5.1.1 this same thing goes for CM 4.0, 4.0.1, 4.0.3, these could be updated to CM 4.0.4, and for any verison of CM 3, the latest is CM 3.1.5 now

monitoring RTU usage, and suggesting to the client when they are low, and need more.

cleaning up unused switch extensions and audix mailboxes, as employess move on, often old extensions and voice mail boxes are not deleted, this needs to be kept up with, or you will keep buying uneeded RTU
