Normally Damovo has been made from the team from Ericsson UK.
Now I don't know if there is still good engineers working for it.
Depends of what you are looking for: maintenance contract, Managemant contract, Service contract, Commercial Contract?

many of our customers use another ericsson partner in the uk called premises networks, have heard many good things about them,

just a few points...
1> I would be wary of people who recommend suppliers (to an extenxt) due to the "secracy" of peoples names on here. You do not know if you are talking to a "real" Customer or an employee or manager of said customer. i.e people who say that "we use" xyz and have heard good things about them.. really need to be taken with a pinch of salt.
Even Websites tend to be VERY misleading, you can make a small company seem huge and very professional when they infact are not.
I can tell you stories that would make your hair stand on end as to the ethics/compentancy and resources of some companies.
I would take a recommendation from someone in the Flesh or who can verify there identities... Try also the MD110 user group. Another thing you can do is talk to somone who actually has an MD110 and ask them about there maintainers.
I can think of a few but not sure if I can state them here ?
By the way "MD" engineers are great, its the support/companies they get/work for that suck.

Pritty pathetic really
You asked for an opinion, i gave it, it wasnt slanderous just the truth, PNM dont have any cover for applications in the north, how do i know this, i was the only engineer that was in the north that knew anything about apps, now i dont work for them i left the uk for a much better life!

Hi who....
No i left brussels quite a while ago, end of 2003, i went back to the uk and landed an excellent job with Zintel in New Zealand so my partner (who's a kiwi) decided to move over here at the start of february and its been going great. Applied for residency etc only down side is its far too hot here at the moment for me, am having problems getting used to the heat but fortunatly it will be winter in a couple of months

Well Damovo do have some good engineers (*coughs* i used to be one ) but are very expensive. I've not heard bad things about either soneric or premises networks, which is always a good sign.
