Maintel as Meridian Maintainer

Has anyone had any dealings with 'Maintel' as maintainers of their switch.
We are thinking of changing from BT.

I used to work for them as a meridan engand are OK but very disorganised in the system. What kind of switch do you have as I work for comunica who are in it as well now. Or could recommend someone else depending on the rls/ option ou have.

Basically, the decision to use Maintel has already been made by the top bods as they want to save money.
I have heard from elsewhere that their quality of support is less than good.
I am just worried that having had BT as our maintainer and the engineers being great, what can I expect from Maintel?
I fear we may be sacrificing quality to save a few bucks.

you will be sacrificing quality as I was there a year ago as one of ther eprime eng and didn't have any support from NT so it would depend on what switch you have and how big your company is I guess.
