Maint Set locks

I have a 5.0 system that I recently updated the DEPLIST on.

I have 3900 series set with CLS MTA the field techs use to check COT trunks with.

Since the DEPLIST install he can login with the maint set and access 1 cot - but then then the phone locks up - I have to login to a tty terminal and disable / enable it as it is stuck in MBSY.

We have done INI and cold start - the issue persists.

I would 1st try and update the firmware on the phone. Then I would replace the phone. If it still goes in MBSY state you may have a bad port on the Digital Line Card.
