Hi gurus,
We have Avaya CM7.1 stack with Session Managers,Breeze (not fully integrated) AEP setup and EMC 6.6.0
We are currently running a project to send calls to AEP and create a contact-id for the sales options. Calls come to a VDN with Vector options, only the sales option calls need to break out to AEP. we created uniform dial plan that effectively gets this calls to AEP as we have a SIP integration, the application is able to create and attach the contact-ID. We have a return VDN that routes/queues the calls to the Sales queuing vector on CM successfully.
Our challenge is that some Agents are not on EMC therefore, they are not able to see the main (entry) VDN when they have received the call on the phone. For the Agents who are on the EMC/POM, they are able to see the entry VDN in the UUI name when a call is rceived.
May you please advise hwo we can achieve displaying the entry VDn when the call is answered on the Agents without EMC/POM
