Main Menu option that directly dials a specific extension? 1

This is in Partner Mail 3:

In my office we want to have a sort of "red phone" at extension 14 that we all know to check periodically for emergency messages.

I'd like to add an option to the main menu that says something along the lines of "For emergencies, dial 4 now" and have it automatically jump to extension 14.

I've tried going through the selector items and setting 4 for a direct extension transfer, but there doesn't seem to be a way to specify the extension.

Am I going about this the right way?

You are on the right track, but you don't want "direct extension transfer", you want "selector code transfer". It will then ask what extension you want to send it to.
