All the mailboxes are working and the greetings are still in AA. When called it plays (the person you are calling is not available )then disconnects if no entry. I can navigate throughout the system no problem.

Strange head scratcher. Anyway just thinking out loud here. Sounds like it is playing a default greeting there somewhere in your table even though recordings seem there. Have you checked feature 982 operator settings. Should be answer lines Y, Business open, operator available. What happens if you have the AA answer the lines right away(0 rings) do the proper greetings play. I would try that. That way it excludes night mode, and any mailboxes picking up the lines before AA does. If it does the same thing you may have a real bug there. You may have to think about a default and rebuild possibility too, maybe before actually replacing the unit. Good luck.

Yeah it's a head scratcher. I'm going to pick up another NAM b4 I head back there today JIC. They took a big hit Friday and the entire system went down. It took out the receptionist's phone/cap and a couple of base units for some cordless phones. They were able to put into night service for weekend. However last night it started acting buggy. I'll get some floppy's and backup b4 I default it. All mboxes, greetings and ccr tree are in place. Just can't figure why it bypasses main greeting and ccr tree. Just have to redo all audio. Oh well.......
