Main form and two subform (Record Update problem)

Hi to all
I am using one main form (frm supplier) when i select a supplier using combo box i get the information. now i want to add record in subform against the invoice number.
Mean after selecting the supplier i just want to enter the invoice number only once and all the records related to that invoice should come up in the subform.
Every thing is working fine but i am not getting my invoice number in the table.
Any suggestion.

Where are you entering the invoice number? The best bet is the main form and use it as the Link Master Field for the subform control.

U know what, I want to store many record against one invoice number. Can u elaborate this for me.

Why not having a look at the Northwind sample database that should have been installed with access ?
