Mails suddenly dissapear (only 1 user)

Hello,

We use groupwise 5.5.5. One user suddely can't see all the mails in the Inbox (groupwise notify that there are 18 mails). With another client we can see only 6 of the last mails and then suddenly the mails are gone (when we switch from one window to another and back to groupwise). What can be the problem?

What is the total number of e-mails in the In-Box? There was at one time, GW v5.x I think, where only a certain number of e-mails could be displayed @ one time. I believe that number was some where around 1,260.

700 e-mails in her inbox. I saw that it was possible to click in the blank in-box field en a mail as selected (can't be seen), so they are there. Duoble click and the error 8101 was displayed (memmory problem on server). But I think that's not the problem...

I think I have seen similar things with a corrupt quickfinder index - you might try rebuilding the indexes - do a backup first, however. You may also try a structural rebuild on her mailbox (after backup of course).
