Mails out perfect, but never are received... Help

Hi, i am using Exchange 2003 on win2003 Srvr.

I have a curious problem, all te users can send without prolem, but the message never arrives to anyone.
I was trying sending in the LAN and the result is the same.

What could be the reason ?

This sounds like a dns problem, when you say users dont get the mail is this internally or internally and externally?

Both Cases.

But i need right now the internal, the external have a little time to wait, but the internal is URgent !!!

What is your DNS setup? do you have a reverse lookup zone? can you give me more details of your dns and exchange setup?
