Hi,

I want to purchase a license copy of Phone Manager Pro. Currently, I am a One-X Portal user. But the One_X does not have the feature to create or edit the distribution list. My vendor told me that it is impossible to get a license anymore. Is that true?

I have been using the Phone Manager Pro to create or edit the mailing list in the past. The list is more that 70 extensions. It is impossible for me to use the phone to check and edit the list. Is there another program that will do the job? Do you know where can I find the file(mailing list) on the VM Pro server? Will I be able to edit the file?

What list do you mean with a distribution list?
And yes PMPro is end of sale (finally)
So what do you want to achive?

Occasionally we have to send an important voicemail message to everyone in the building. I created a voicemail distribution list (with all employee extensions) by using Phone Manager Pro from my old IP Office. Hence, I have to make sure the list is up-to-date.

I lost my Phone Manager Pro when we replaced with the newer IP Office. We have about 70 employees in the building. The list is pretty long. I know how to use the phone to dial in to our voicemail to check and edit. I would prefer to see it on the screen when I make changes. Phone Manager Pro was great to do the job. I am so sad to hear that Avaya has ended the sale. Will I be able to use a Notepad or Excel Program to edit the file? I am sure there is a distribution list file on the server. Do you know the name of that file? Or, do you know of any program has this feature, create/edit distribution/mailing list?
