Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out how to resolve this problem. I have around 4000 mailboxes all active and used frequently, problem is every day it seems about 50-100 of them get disabled automatically. No invalid logon attempts. I have tested some of them myself, I'll reset the PW, enable the mailbox, use it... but the next day it is disabled again.

I can't think of anything running in the ovly that might cause this, and I'm constantly going through CP trying to find some sort of setting that might disable the account if the default password isn't changed in 24 hours, but I've come to such settings.

Would anyone have any sort of idea what could be causing this?

anything in the logs? alarms?

have you gone past your limits?(Keycode)

Nothing in the alarms about it, I'll see if I can find out how many keycodes we have, it's a valid point since we have tons of additional mailboxes that are not in use, that's what they wanted.

It appears we have plenty of keycodes they are good, I noticed that the server does seem to be disabling a pretty steady 20 different (Sometimes the same) mailboxes every day due to invalid login attempts, however all these mailboxes say there are 0 invalid login attempts. it does not happen over the weekend, only weekdays. Every day. Just 20. I think I have ghosts.

You mean one report contradicts the other?

Yes, it says one thing and shows another. It tells me why but that reason does not seem to be true. Must have added the compulsive liar revision by mistake.

Is it this message on the callpilot - ?
NGen Information Info 55214 N/A LEHCALLPILOT Event from IVF-SR Messaging[22:] : Too many invalid login attempts. Mailbox: 5000 disabled.

I believe some user's mailbox class did not included the MyCallPilot capability. When those users tried to log in using MyCallPilot, were automatically being disabled after the fifth try as MyCallPilot will never allow them to log in.

I believe it can be fixed by adding the MyCallPilot capability to the mailbox class of the users who hasn't already have it.

That is the message, except yours seems to tell you the mailbox number, and ours does not. They were all disabled, but that's an interesting point. The emails and links that were passed around previous to when we took over may have had information regarding how to use that even though it was disabled. I'll see if I can get ahold of them and check. I went ahead and enabled mycallpilot on user class, will pend and see if issue is resolved, if it is I'll let you know, thanks.
