Mailbox type stuck on information - EDIT

Using CallPilot 100 with a T7316e.
We have a couple voicemail boxes that we just tried to set up on some new extensions. Calls to these numbers (if not answered) were sent to the General Delivery box. When we try to create these mailboxes the type says 'information' and it will not change to subscriber.
I also tried to set it using the create range of mailboxes (feature 983 then 66) and it said Mailboxes created: 0

What are we doing wrong?

looks like you are full of subscriber mailboxes
check how many you have license for
you will need to add key codes to have more mailboxes

That makes sense. Is there a way to check that on the phone or do I need to figure out how to connect to CallPilot Manager?

I figured it'd be in there somewhere, but I'm not seeing it. Is it one of those "secret" buttons where the display doesn't show it but you hit a 6 or whatever?
