Mailbox size exchange 2003

Hello,

We are just starting to use ms exchange 2007 with 5 users.
There is one user with a mailbox size over 1.0 gig but the exchange server maximum is 215mb or something. How can i change this?
It is no option to clean up the mailbox because within one week there is another 1 gig.

If you are using Exchange 2007, it would be preferable to post into that forum.

You also should detail how you managed to get a 1GB mailbox if you have a server limit of 215MB which is not a default setting.

sorry, i mean exchange 2003.

All settings are standard from exchange.

DITTO my question. Your wrote you had a 215MB server store limit, then how could any mailbox reach 1GB?

You are still in the wrong forum and the 215MB "limit" isn't standard. Where have you seen it?
