Mailbox name refuses to change

Hello,

I am rather new to using Nortel systems and I feel its pretty straight forward and easy. I have been able to update many different mailbox names, i.e Jon Doe ext 222 for months, as people change offices. It seems I have come across 2 lines that refuse to let me change the info. Although I can delete the mailbox, and create / enter a new user name, the phone will still show the old users name when calling their extension. I really have no idea how to edit this info except within Change/Delete Mailbox.

Any suggestions? Any help would be awesome. Thanks for your time.
 
you need to change it in the phone programing. what version of BCM is it? what ever version it is, you need to get into telephony programing/active sets, and look at the phone in question.
