I'm pretty new to the telecomm thing as my background is on the network side so I apologize if my jargon is not right on.
I work on a school campus and I'm trying to reset our VM PW's in the dorms before all our students return. We had a routine that did it (setup by a person no longer here) but the box crashed and was rebuilt not to long ago and we lost that. I've done some research and here's the process I'm following to reset multiple phone passwords;
1) Open Mailbox Manager
2) Goto Enterprise Systems
3) Double click Subscribers
4) Got to Edit, Filter
5) Select "COS number of Class of service"
6) Enter 0 as my value which for us is student dorms and add to search criteria and click Filter
7) Go to Edit, Select All
8) Right click and select Multiple Modify
9) Check the Password box and enter the new password and click Save
After I do that I get the following validation error:
"The limit of 1100 for maximum number of Subscribers has been reached. No additional Subscribers can be created at this time".
Doesn't work if I try a Multiple Modify on all of them or 2, same error. We just had our VM license count increased from 1100 to 1150, is it not seeing that on the MAS box? I would think it wouldn't matter because I'm only trying to reset passwords for existing accounts. Am I doing this wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jeff
