Mailbox Management with Exchange 5.5

Hi Guys,

Does anybody know how I can observe the size of a users mailbox and possibly what emails are in the mailbox.

I am starting to run out of room on my exchange server

to see the size of the mail boxes go down through 'Configuration','Servers','Private information store','Mailbox resources'

the only way I know you can see what e-mail's are in a mailbox is to add additional mailbox's to the Exchange administrators Outlook.
