If you are using Meridian Mail, look about halfway down in the programming for the line Logon Status and make sure it is set to Enabled. You also may want to reset the user's password if they are having trouble logging in.
In call pilot do a search on the users name.
Click on the security tab and make sure the mailbox is enabled.
Hit the password tab and enter a new password.
Test the mailbox then tell the customer.
