Hi,,

If a user has a Issue warning limit set to 50MB and they go over that, they receive a message from system administrator... If they continue to stay over that limit, how often do es the message get sent to them?

Thanks

Although I'm new to Exchange, I do know that on my system the message gets sent once daily. I'm not sure what triggers it but my best guess is that the online defragmenter resets the message delivery as it runs daily.

In 5.5, this is something you set. Exchange Admin -> <Domain Name> -> Configuratin -> Information Store Site Configuration -> Properties -> click on the Storage Warnings tab. The default is once a day, but you can select the time of day or select 'Always' which checks limits every 15 minutes.
