mailbox/library maintenamce Error 1

I am getting a mailbox/library error =0xDF28 when I run GWcheck. I am just trying to show how much mail the users are keep on the system and I get this error.

I have gone to the novells web site and looked for the error and did not find it.

so anyhelp would be great
