Mailbox in Use BCM 450 6.0 1

Multiple users have experienced a mailbox in use message in display either accessing there mailbox or during a mailbox session it pops up and they cannot get in their mailbox until I reboot the BCM , and that action drops the "HELD" voicemail ports and then they can get in and the mailbox in use message is eliminated.Its a sporadic event on 450 rls 6.0. Any ideas what causes the application port to be in a held state and output a "mailbox in use " message would be most appreciated.

Check BCM Monitor and ensure there are sufficient voicemail resources. Other than that, recommend you ensure you have the latest system update applied.
