mailbox exceeded size limits

User has received the following email:

Your mailbox has exceeded one or more size limits set by your administrator.
Your mailbox size is 184831 KB.

I have had a look in Active Directory / Exchange General / Storage Limits and this is set too "Use mailbox store defaults"

Where are these defaults located? I need to set them to unlimited mailbox size.
