We have AAM 6.3 when a user tries to access their mailbox a recording plays saying mailbox is busy. For the user I have removed the mailbox and built one with a new number and still getting the same result. Has anyone come across this and what did it take to resolve it. Thanks in advance.

They are set to Aria. I have removed the mailbox and rebuilt it, built a box with a different station and still get the same thing. Only user out of about 4k with this problem.

at what point does the user hear this ? And what do the logs show ? Does it happen from any station ? If the user calls from a cell phone does it still do it ?

This is a new one for me.

Its a new one for a lot of us even Avaya. There hear the message right after entering the password. The logs don't show anything. When they get the message they notify me and I can try from my cell and other phones and will get the message. I have given them the url for web access to see if they can log in and access the messages when it happens. We are also starting to think it might be a call volume problem but still not ruling anything out. Thanks for the responses..

can they access it ok using the web interface ?
And from the sound of it it does not happen all the time ?

I'd love to look at the logs. What does a trace from the SM or CM show ?
