We have Partner mail vs R4 4 port 20 mailbox that is in a 5 slot carrier with an ACS R7, one 308 and one 206 card. When you are transferred to an extension the voicemail message for that extension plays. But before it asks you to leave a message it says "Invalid Message, Message delayed" it thens puts you back to the message to transfer to another extension press *8. This happens to all extensions. Also, if you listen to your messages and then delete them, it says they are deleted but when you log back in they are still there. I tried to reset the VM by using 989-reset.
