Morning,
Problem started last friday. There have been no changes to the system. Mail started stacking in queues but only certain emails, everything else was going out fine. There is no discriminating factor between size, sender, domain being sent to although the ones that stick that particular day if deleted then fail again when resent.
We are not blacklisted anywhere. We added a connector which solved it briefly but then the problem reappeared. It stacks with the connector on and with it off but when it is stacking if you change the connector from on to off or vice versa it clears the stack.
We are using messagelabs outside of site to send everything through. Has anyone got any ideas? There are no error messages coming up in the logs at all and I have changed all the settings with Norton to make sure the active scanning is not interferring.
This is now driving me slowly crazy and getting very urgent!
thanks
Naomi
