Mail Sitting in Queue

I'm running Exchange 5.5 SP4 and I am uanble to determine why my mail incoming from the Internet is sitting in the Queues. I have checked disk space and that is fine, but I have run out of ideas as to why the mail is not being delivered. We do have other sites in the organisation and they are fine. Please Help ?

Have you tried tot stop and start the IMS?

It's normal. Just add the Queue entries to your filter and delete them once a day. I wouldn't worry much about it.
