Mail Queueing with Send Mail

I've 3 domains domain1.com, domain2.com, domain3.com and respective mailservers mail.domain1.com, mail.domain2.com, mail.domain3.com with MX preference 10. Also i've another MX record for all theese 3 domains with MX preference 20 pointing to mailhub.queueserver.com . What i need is when the primary mail server goes down all the mails to that particular domain should be queued in the mailhub.queueserver.com and when the mail server is up my mailqueuing server should send the mail back to the mail server. Can any of you please tell me how can i do this.

Why can't the backup server send the mail on instead of holding it? That is the reason for the second server.

I need the mails to be queued in the mailhub and sends back to the mailservers when it is up.I dont want the hub to send mails individually.

I'm sorry. I might not be understanding what you are trying to do. The reason for the secondary server is to act as a backup until the primary comes back online. If you just want to queue the mail then you don't need to do anything. When these mail servers go down, all in bound mail for them will be queued on the sender's end until they come back up. Usually they will hold mail for about 4 or 5 days or longer in some cases. If it is outgoing mail, then the sender's mail client will queue the message until it can connect with the outbound server.
