Mail opens to same folder every time

Whenever one of my users opens their lotus notes they always come to the same folder in their mail file. Regardless of where they left off when they exited lotus notes the last time. I have noticed that in my mail box and everyone elses it opens to the last opened folder when you closed lotus notes.

I have checked the windows state option but that is only for saving the databases that you have open amd automatically opening them when you come back to lotus notes. Any help would be appreciated.

What version of Notes? You could try deleting their bookmarks template (bookmarks.ntf). It could also be something wrong in their Notes.ini file.

We are using notes version 7.02. Domino is also running 7.0. What would I be looking for in the notes.ini file that would be cuasing this problem. In the mean time I will try deleting the bookmark file.

The file would be Bookmark.NDK not Ntf, also try setting the inbox as your "Home Page" maybe that folder was set there incorrectly.

Simply rightclick on the inbox in the bookmark bar and select set as homepage
