Mail Merge in Word using Lotus Notes address book

We are using Office XP. How do you create a mail merge using the Lotus Notes (5.0.7) personal address book as the data source?

R u trying to merge from the word document into the Notes Address Book?

If so open the document save as the document as a wk4.1.2.3 document, then merge into the Notes address book.

Other way around...I'm trying to use Lotus Notes Address Book as a data source in Word XP. Lotus Notes is not listed as a data source.
