i can't seem to get the mail() function to work.
My syntax is correct, but i'm not sure how to find out if the function is enabled, i've looked through php.ini, but to no avail.
I have also tried looking througha phpinfo() page but can't seem to find any option concerning it.

Any ideas??? Vassago

I saw you page.

You are running a Windows Server, so you have to set the SMTP var, unless your server knows how to send e-mail. If you don't have Exchange, or anyother mailer in you server, you must ask your ISP what is their SMTP server name and set it in the php.ini in the SMTP param.

I am making people fill in an online form which is mail to me when they hit submit. When I recieve the email I get this: Name: Jonie Won
age: 93 years
I would like to have "Jonie Won" to be bold but haven't suceeded. This is what I tried:
$mail_body .="Name:$fname $sname \r\n\r\n";
but it doesn't work. The result I get is Jonie Won showing the html tags and the name not bolded in my email. Could somebody help me with this code.

Thanks in advance
