mail from blackberry goes to spam folder

I have outlook 2003 client and I recieve email messages from my boss if he sends it thru his desktop but if he sends it thru his blackberry it goes to spam folder. I do not have any such rule. I dont know what setting need to be fixed. Any ideas ?

Add him to the trusted users within your Junk Mail settings within Outlook. Just right click one of the messages and choose Mark as Not Junk, and choose the option to always trust mail from the user.
