Our Department has installed the latest security patch for Outlook, and I am developing an application that sends emails from MS Access using the Send Object Method. We would like to be able to automatically send these emails from MS Access without needing any user intervention. Since the patch has been installed it advises the user that an email is trying to be sent from another location, and prompts the user prior to sending each email... Is there a way to bypass this without removing the security patch???

Thanks

Phil

I had this error with a Word doc that I sent to someone that was to have been sent to someone else after that. Could it be that the error is due to Access "reading" the user that sent email prior to that user? *****************************************
