Hi All,

Please can anyone help me with the following issue...

I've been trying to set up an Exchange server (W2K SBS) so that every incoming email, regardless of recipient, goes to a central mailbox as well as the recipients mailbox. I'm certain it must be simple to do, but can't figure it out.

Any ideas will be gratefully received.

Thanks in advance.

Phil.

In Exchange System Manager, go to the Properties of your Mailbox Store and check off "Archive all messages sent or received .....". Then choose the mailbox you want to send them to...

Thanks for the reply, I'll give it a try...
