Hi there,

I am new to Lotus Notes and have a question I so far couldn't find an answer to:

I want to set up my Lotus account to send all incoming messages to an other (non Notes) mail account, not just a regular forward agent but:

- I would like to keep the messages in my Notes account.

- Receive the messages on the second account (if possible) as they were sent (not my Notes address as sender but the original one and the original subject line), so I can reply to them right away.

Is this somehow possible?

If not, is there at least a way to tell Notes not to use one and the same subject line for all messages forwarded, but the original ones instead?

Thanks a lot!
Pete

- Keep the messages in my Notes account
No Problem
- Notes address as sender
I don't think you can change that
- same subject
No problem
what to do:

Create an agent
Trigger on: After new mail has arrived
use Simple actions:
action: Send mail Message
to: the email address
mark: Include a copy of the document in message
After subject: use the "more" button
by subject: mark formula and place something like:
"Mail from: " + @Author + " / Subject: " + Subject
in the field

for R6 also by properties->security->set runtime security level on 2. allow restricted operations

Maybe this work.
