Mail delivery issues between Exchange 2000 and Exchange 2007

Hello all,

We just finished setting up an Exchange 2007 server and are noticing that mails sent to and from a user whose mailbox was moved to Exchange 2007 and Public Folder replication get stuck in the "Messages with an unreachable destination" queue.

Any help is much appreciated.
