What is it you are trying to do ? You can't really have it sound right unless you use a caller application. You can build a mailbox that is full but the caller will hear that it is full.

Sure you can you just tell the app to use the prompt and assign it a number and a mailbox number to record it from. Then you can just call into that mailbox and rerecord the prompt at any time from anywhere.
